Make a claim

To start your claim to recover your costs or receive benefits under your insurance policy, please visit the AXA claims portal using the button below.

You will need to create an AXA account or log in to your existing account if you're already an AXA account holder.

If you are unable to submit your claim online, you can contact the AXA Claims team by phone on 0330 024 8315 during their normal office opening hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.

When AXA have registered and reviewed the details of your claim, they will be in touch with you throughout the process.
